SENATE BILL NO. 297 An Act relating to the licensing of                        
chiropractors was read the second time.                                        
                                                                               
Senator Mackie, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the               
adoption of the Labor and Commerce Committee Substitute offered                
on page 2871. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO.                        
297(L&C) An Act relating to the licensing of chiropractors and to              
disciplinary actions against chiropractors was adopted and read the            
second time.                                                                   
                                                                               
Senator Ellis offered Amendment No. 1 :                                         
                                                                               
Page 2, lines 22 - 23, after board,:                                           
	Delete the Physiotherapy Examination                                          
	Insert  a physiological therapeutic examination                               
                                                                               
Page 2, line 23, after Examiners:                                              
	Insert required by the  board                                                 
                                                                               
Senator Ellis moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1.                       
Objections were heard, then withdrawn. There being no further                  
objections, Amendment No. 1 was adopted.                                       
                                                                               
Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that CS FOR                   
SENATE BILL NO. 297(L&C) am be considered engrossed,                           
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without
